🚚 Shipping & Delivery

• How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually delivered within 5–8 business days depending on your location.

• How will I know my order is shipped?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/email to follow your delivery.

• Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
COD is not available as of now.

• Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within India only.

• What if my delivery is delayed?
Delays can happen due to courier or weather issues. If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected time, please contact us and we’ll help track it.

🔄 Returns & Refunds

• Do you accept returns?
At the moment, we do not offer returns or exchanges. Please check size details carefully before ordering.

• Do you offer refunds?
We currently do not provide refunds once an order is placed and delivered.

• What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing video and photos, and we’ll assist you.

📦 Order Issues

• I entered the wrong address. What should I do?
Contact us immediately after placing the order. We can update the address only if the order has not been shipped yet.

• Can I cancel my order?
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

• I didn’t receive an order confirmation.
Please check your spam/junk folder. If you still can’t find it, contact us with your name and phone number.

📏 Sizing & Fit

• How do I choose the right size?
Each product page includes a size chart. We recommend measuring yourself and comparing before ordering.

• What if I am between two sizes?
We suggest choosing the larger size for a more comfortable fit.

• Will the color look exactly like the picture?
We try our best to display accurate colors, but slight variations may occur due to lighting and screen differences.
