Returns

As of now, we do not accept returns on any products purchased from our website.

Please ensure that you carefully review the product description, size chart, fabric details, and images before placing your order. Orders once placed cannot be cancelled or returned.

Returns will not be accepted for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind

  • Size or fit issues

  • Color variations due to screen resolution or lighting

  • Personal preferences

Refunds

We currently do not offer refunds on any orders.

Once an order is confirmed and shipped, it is non-refundable under all circumstances.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the rare event that you receive:

  • A damaged product, or

  • An incorrect product (different from what was ordered),

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

To raise a request, customers must provide:

  • A clear unboxing video (mandatory)

  • Order ID

  • Photos/videos clearly showing the issue

Requests without an unboxing video will not be eligible for review.

After verification, Kripa Vastra will review the issue and offer a resolution at its sole discretion.

Shipping Issues

  • Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled or redirected.

  • Delays caused by courier partners, natural calamities, or unforeseen circumstances do not qualify for refunds.
